Return Policy for That Janis Style

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
1. Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are non-returnable.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email us at orders@thatjanisstyle.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Currently, we offer Free Shipping on Orders as well as Returns
4. Exchanges
- Need a different size or style? Let us know in your return email, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Please include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
6. International Orders
- At this time, we do not offer free returns for international orders.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.

All standard ground shipping charges are Free, as are returns.
